<p>The sausage tying machine with shears has a coil (2) with a motorized roller (3) controlling the length of the product fed via an air tube (4) to the fixing point (5) made as a ram. A fork (6), rotating and vertically ascending, forms the tie, and a vertically descending fork (7) controls this latter. The second fixing point (8), made as a bottom ram, takes the end of the tie connected to the coil (2), and cuts it via a pair of shears (9). A rotating fork (10) closes the top of the tie, to produce the sausage (1) with knotting of the tie.</p> |
