PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformalize color distribution of a pattern of each product when coating materials of different colors are sprayed to make a multicolor pattern. SOLUTION: Coating materials of different colors 9, 10, 11 are fed by fixed volume pumps 30, 31, 32 by fixed quantities per unit time respectively, and a distribution ratio of each color to the whole of a multicolor pattern formed on the surface of a material to be sprayed 80 is fixed and uniformalized. In this case, the fed coating materials of different colors 9, 10, 11 are always kept at fixed temperatures by line heaters 33, 34, 35, and viscosity of the coating materials 9, 10, 11 is kept constant, and size of the pattern of each color is fixed and uniformalized. |
