<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous dispersion for electrodeposition, having excellent storage stability, capable of forming a high dielectric-constant film in a thin film, the high dielectric-constant film formed from the aqueous dispersion and an electronic part provided with the high dielectric-constant film. SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion for electrodeposition comprises inorganic particles (titanium dioxide particles, etc.), having <=1μm electric particle diameter and >=30 dielectric constant and organic particles (polyimide-based resin, etc.), composed of at least one of a polymerizable compound and a polymer dispersed in an aqueous medium and can have storage stability of >=7 days. This high dielectric-constant film obtained by electrodepositing the aqueous dispersion for electrodeposition can have >=6 dielectric constant and >=1012Ω.cm volume resistivity and is suitably used as an electronic part such as a printed circuit board, a semiconductor package, a capacitor, a high-frequency antenna, etc.</p> |
