PURPOSE: A form for a manhole and the manhole are provided to facilitate assembling, and prevent leakage perfectly by filling the manhole form with mortar and curing. CONSTITUTION: A mortar pouring-space is formed by a corrugated member(5) and a folding point(4) between outer walls(6) along an inside pipe(7). Several communicating holes(2) are formed in the lower side of a manhole body(1) along a drain pipeline(9). The drain pipeline is united to the one side of the communicating hole, and a corrugated member(25) and a folding point(24) are formed in the drain pipeline to form a mortar pouring-space. A joint pipe(16) is installed in the communicating hole. Mortar inlets are formed on the manhole body and the joint pipe. The manhole form is assembled on a foundation along the drain pipeline, and mortar(10) is poured into the mortar pouring-space.
