PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for forming an electroformed product composed of a metallic sheet and an electrodeposition film deposited on the surface and facilitating the peeling of an electroformed product. SOLUTION: The metallic sheet has flexibility so as to be deformable at the time of peeling an electroformed product, then, the electrodeposition film covers the whole surface and whole side face of the metallic sheet and at least the peripheral parts of the back face of the metallic sheet, and the easiness of its peeling from the base metallic sheet is made different between the regions in the vicinities of the peripheries of the metallic sheet and the central region at the side more inward than those.
