<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for securing safety from heating of the information processor, improving utilization of throughput and reducing power consumption and noises. SOLUTION: A cover 120 having a thermal means can be attached to a main body 101. A central processing unit(CPU) 108 detects whether the cover 120 is attached according to the state of a detecting switch 104. When the cover is attached, the operation frequency of the CPU is controlled, so as to allow temperatures higher than that in the case of detaching the cover.</p> |
