PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof camera cover and a waterproof camera excellent in a waterproof function or the like. SOLUTION: A plate type covering part to cover over at least one part of the opening/closing part of the camera cover at the time of combining an upper cover and a lower cover is provided at the front and the back of a waterproof camera case which is constituted by combining the upper cover and the lower cover and can be opened/closed by the attachment/detachment of the upper cover and the lower cover. Or a rugged part is provided on the lower cover.
