PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple shape measurement method for a linear heating plate capable of sufficiently expressing the shape of curved surface by measuring a few points. SOLUTION: In this simple measurement method for linear heating plate, each height of individual measurement points is measured out of cross points of two pairs of straight lines consisting of a plurality of linear lines as measuring point from a reference plane. These measured values are arranged in specified order to form a vector indicating a shape, and the products of reference vector produced in advance are calculated and the product values are added to the functions corresponding to each reference vector as coefficient.
