PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operator's working efficiency and to save a communication charge the like by automatically disconnecting a line after accessing a required information resource on a network. SOLUTION: In an information processor capable of accessing an information resource on the network, identification(ID) information indicating one or more information resources to be accessed and attribute information indicating the necessity/unnecessity of automatic disconnection are stored in a storage means 2, and when a certain information resource indicated by the stored ID information is accessed, communication between the information resource and the information processor is automatically disconnected when the attribute information corresponding to the ID information indicates the necessity of automatic disconnection.
