PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser panel for a stroboscopic device capable of making the reaching distance of strobe light much longer without deteriorating optical performance by setting the radius of curvature of the cylindrical surface of a condenser panel to >=10 mm and <=40 mm in the condenser panel where the cylindrical surface having a curved surface is formed in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the light emitting part of the stroboscopic device. SOLUTION: The cylindrical surface 72A having the curved surface in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a stroboscopic discharge tube 14 is formed on the surface on a subject side of the condenser panel 72 applied to the stroboscopic device 10. The Fresnel lens surface 72B is formed on the surface of the panel 72 on the discharge tube 14 side. Then, the radius of curvature R of the surface 72A is set to >=10 mm and <=40 mm in order to make the reaching distance of the strobe light longer.
