PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a PLL unbalance current so as to always obtain optimum characteristics irrelevantly of the value of a PLL unbalance current quantity. SOLUTION: The difference between a Pch charge pump drive signal width and an Nch charge pump drive signal width outputted by a phase comparator 4 is detected to perform feedback control, thereby controlling an EFM-PCK phase difference to an optimum position. |
