PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of properly displaying information and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a data reception part 32 which receives information, a data storage part 36 which stores information, a display classification information storage part 40 in which display classification information specifying a classification to which information on a display object belongs is stored, a reception detection part 34 which detects whether information belonging to the classification of the display object has been received within a prescribed period or not, and a display control part 46 which takes out information belonging to the classification of the display object, of which the reception within the prescribed period has been detected, from the data storage part 36 to display it.
