PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller that reduces the weight of a remote control section provided to a cord part of a headphone that is connected to and used by an acoustic device. SOLUTION: An operation signal detector 18 provided to the acoustic device 1 amplifies an operation detection signal from a remote control switch section 26 provided to a cord part 25 that is connected to a connector 20 of the acoustic device 1 and interconnecting a plug 24 and a headphone 6 so as to much reduce a current flowing through the switch section 26. Thus, the switch section 26 is used as a touch switch so as to reduce the weight of the remote control section.
