PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with energy-saving by eliminating waste of the power consumption furthermore and also acquire an image with a prescribed density even when an image forming means is not used for a long time. SOLUTION: A composite machine 100 is provided with a FAX control means 13 that communicates data according to a prescribed communication control procedure, an image memory 16 that stores received coded image data S2, a decoding means 24 that decodes the coded image data D2, and an image forming means 18 that forms an image on recording paper on the basis of the decoded data and has a fixing means 25 that fixes the image on the recording paper. The composite machine 100 is also provided with a discrimination means 5 that discriminates whether or not the image forming means 18 immediately forms an image from the received coded image data D2 and with a control means 15 that arises the fixing means 25 as its control when the mans 5 discriminates that the image forming means 18 immediately forms an image. The control means 15 starts a density adjustment of the image forming means 18 when receiving the coded image data D2 as its control. |
