PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time until the operation of equipment is resumed while preventing the failure of the operation at the time of restoring a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: When a power supply voltage to be supplied to a VDD terminal is decreased, and the operation of an LSI 30 of equipment 100 is stopped, operation data to be used at the restoring of the power supply voltage are stored and held in an RAM 34. When the power supply voltage is restored to a normal operation range, previously stored data for judgment are read from a data for judgment storing circuit 40, and whether or not any error is present in the data for decision is decided. In the data for judgment storing circuit 40, a lower limit voltage capable of maintaining the stored data is set so as to be higher than a lower limit voltage capable of maintaining data in the RAM 34, and an error is generated in the data for judgment before any error is generated in the storage data in the RAM 34. Then, whether or not the RAM data is normal is judged based on the data for judgment so that a time required for judging the RAM data can be shortened, and the judging precision can be improved. |
