PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that enhances the user operability by improving the throughput of the entire system (trial print - confirmation - print of remaining pages) in the case of trial print of an original consisting of color pages and monochromatic pages in mixture. SOLUTION: In order to form an image of the original consisting of color pages and monochromatic pages in mixture, the image forming device is provided with a designation means to designate a precedence output of the color pages or the monochromatic pages. In the case that the precedence output of the color pages is designated by this designation means, the device outputs the color pages earlier and then outputs the monochromatic pages. When the precedence output of the monochromatic pages is designated by this designation means, the device outputs the monochromatic pages earlier and then outputs the color pages. |
