PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit, capable of suppressing the fluctuation of a power supply voltage by a simple circuit configuration and a constant voltage-generating circuit using the same. SOLUTION: This power source circuit 1 is provided with a first terminal part 3 for receiving power, second terminal part 5 for feeding power, diode 7 interposed between the terminal parts 3 and 5, capacitor 9 interposed between the second terminal part 5 and the ground, and resistor 11 interposed between the diode 7 and the second terminal 5.
