PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating apparatus capable of simplifying the constitution, facilitating maintenance with less noise. SOLUTION: The levitating oscillating apparatus comprises many electromagnets 2 laterally and longitudinally arranged with a predetermined interval on a floor 1, a material 3 to be oscillated disposed above the floor 1 and having permanent magnets 4 to 6 mounted oppositely to the electromagnet 2 group on a lower surface, and a control means 7 for controlling the electromagnets 2 group. Thus, the material is levitated and oscillated by utilizing a magnetic force between the electromagnets 2 group and the magnets 4 to 6.
