PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an emergency call system to grasp the position of a vehicle which causes an accident at its center even after the vehicle is moved after the accident. SOLUTION: Emergency call equipment 5 cyclically records the data about the location of a vehicle while the vehicle runs. When the vehicle causes an accident, the device 5 automatically transmits the data about the location of the vehicle to an emergency center 2. Even after the accident happens, the equipment 5 cyclically records the data about the location of the vehicle and the data are periodically intermittently transmitted to the center 2 from the vehicle. The center 2 links the latest data about the location of the vehicle received from the equipment 5 by using the ID of the vehicle and additionally displays the data by superposing the data on the data about the previous location of the vehicle on the map of an emergency state information display device 13 operated by the same operator. Therefore, the center can quickly send a troop to the relief of the driver of the vehicle by grasping the accurate location of the vehicle even when the vehicle is moved after the accident.
