PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new structure in a light element-mounting substrate for achieving accurate mounting precision onto the same substrate and at the same time the accurate mounting of the light element itself in each kind of light module where the light element, the light element-mounting substrate, and an optical fiber are mounted on the same substrate. SOLUTION: A taper part that becomes wider toward an upper surface is provided on a side surface, a projecting part that forms a light element-mounting part is metallized, and a positioning marker when mounting the light element is formed near the projecting part.
