<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connector with a conductive contact part. SOLUTION: A mold comprises a first and second dies facing each other to define an internal space and external region. Extended between the external region and internal space is an inlet part for injecting a molded mixture. A receiving opening for the contact part is extended from the external region through the first die to the internal space. The conductive contact part is arranged with a first leg extended from the external region through the receiving opening for the contact part upwardly to the internal space. The first leg is extended through the internal space, and a second leg extended transversely to be adjacent to the opposite die. The internal space is filled with a molded polymer mixture. A force is exerted to keep the second leg of the contact part against the second dies.</p> |
