<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce on-resistance by suppressing increase of electric resistance due to oxidization of an electrode on a semiconductor pellet. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a semiconductor pellet 1 in which first and second electrodes 2 and 3 on whose both faces main currents are allowed to flow in or out are formed, and the first electrode 2 is electrically connected with an island 5 so as to be mounted, and the second electrode 3 is electrically connected with a lead 7b. In this case, a rough face 12 part of a conductive foil 11 whose at least one edge side one face is worked into a rough face is connected through conductive paste 13 with the second electrode 3.</p> |
