PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device of a simple structure which can surely prevent the slip-off of a feed shaft with no use of any slip-off prevention member and where the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: This device includes a turntable 52 where a disk D is placed on a chassis 51, an optical pickup 56 and guide shafts 54 and 55 which guide the pickup 56 toward the radius direction of the disk D. A nut member 64 is added to the pickup 56 and a lead screw 65 which locks a nut part 64a of the member 64 is set aside the pickup 56. A holder 74 has a bearing member 73 which supports one of both ends of the screw 65 at the side of the turntable 52 and a cut groove W5 where the other end of the screw 65 is inserted and supported. Then a pressure piece 75e having a sloping surface 75g which presses partly the other end of the screw 65 in the inserting direction of the groove W5 is unified with a pressure member 75 which presses elastically the screw 65 in the length direction of the screw 65 by the energizing force of a coil spring 78.
