PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the labor of a clerk by enabling precise check processing in the automatic transaction device without interruption. SOLUTION: In this automatic transaction device, when a complementing and collecting cassette 16 can store paper moneys more than the storage capacity of respective stackers 15A, 15B and 15C, moneys are fed out of the target stacker 15A, 15B or 15C and collected into the complementing and collecting cassette 16 and these collected paper moneys are complemented into the target stacker 15A, 15B or 15C again. Thus, during this operation paper moneys are counted, the amount of stored moneys for each target stacker 15A, 15B or 15C is fixed, the amounts of stored moneys in all the stackers 15A, 15B and 15C are successively fixed and the entire amount of paper moneys is fixed. |
