PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-running guidance apparatus by which a driver can perform a safe and comfortable running operation without wavering in his judgment by a method wherein various traffic limit conditions of a road adjacent to a parking lot are cautioned and roused in advance by a display or a voice guide. SOLUTION: A map-data storage part 2 in which map data composed of total map data 2a, detailed map data 2b, median strip data 2c, left-turn and right-turn limit data 2d and one-way traffic data 2e is stored is connected to a microcomputer 1 which controls this apparatus as a whole in a complex manner. In addition, a setting input part 3 and a display part 4 are connected to the microcomputer 1. A present-position detection part 5, a ROM 6 in which a series of programs for total control are stored and a RAM 7 in which data used temporarily for the control of its operation is read and written are connected to the microcomputer 1. In addition, a power-supply turning-on detection part 8, a voice guide part 9, a display-data storage part 11 and a voice-guide- data storage part 12 are connected to the microcomputer 1. |
