PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve refrigerating efficiency by preventing the generation of circulating flow, in a pulse tube refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: A cylinder member 71 is provided between a second high- pressure on/off valve 18 as well as a second low-pressure on/off valve 19 and the high-temperature terminal 41b of a pulse tube. A defining member 72 is arranged in the inner space of the cylinder member 71. The inner space of the cylinder member 71 is defined into a first inner space 74, communicating with the second high-pressure opening and closing valve 18 and the second low-pressure on/off valve 19, and a second inner space 75, communicating with the high-temperature terminal 41b of the pulse tube.
