An assembly (134) and an associated method, by which to supportively position an object (356) upon a substrate (362). A trough (364) is formed in the substrate (362) and a glue (366) or other adhesive material (366) is placed thereat. The object (356) is seated upon the substrate (362) and the glue material (366) is heated to a curing temperature. The glue material (366) is cured, hardened, and thereafter cooled. When cooled, stress forces are generated to maintain the object (356) in hard contact with the substrate (362).
