<p>The cutting tool comprises a panel (22) with working elements (27,28) on its underside, and a centering block (25) on its rear edge. Fixing strips (23,24) are situated on and project beyond both front and rear edges. A gripping section (26) is situated at the end on the panel. Alternatively, the working elements can be on the top of the panel and the centering block and fixing strips on the underside. The panel is used in conjunction with a machine having a frame, upper and lower cross-members, and supports for the fixing strips of the panel. The frame also has intermediate reinforcing cross-members, and a transverse rotative pressure shaft with a cam and coil springs.</p> |
