The invention relates to a solid phase peptide synthesis method (SPPS) by linear or convergent strategy of peptides containing the sequence of general formula (I) Y-A1-A2-A3-..........-A(n-1)-An-X, wherein n, Y, X, y A1-An have the meaning cited in the description. Said method involves the following steps: using aminoacids having a protected N alpha group; protecting the side chains of the aminoacids having an alkylated or acylated chain in the final product with unstable protectors; protecting the side chains of at least one aminoacid having a free chain in the final product with hyper-unstable protectors and using a polymeric support enabling peptide-unstable resin bonds. Said method can be used in the synthesis of goserelin and buserelin.
