In the present invention there is described a compound composition of paclitaxel, docetaxel or an analog thereof, exhibiting antineoplastic activity, containing paclitaxel, docetaxel or an analog thereof and at least one therapeutically effective substance being selected from a group comprising mitotic spindle-shaped poisons, epidophyllotoxins, antibiotics, enzymes and topoisomerase inhibitors.
