PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for transmitting electric power and a communication signal, capable of being used even at a place at which a commercial electric source cannot be used, such as sea, having durability and waterproof, capable of carrying out the power supply and the communication with no problem, and further to provide an automatic feeding system. SOLUTION: This apparatus 100 for transmitting the electric power and the communication signal is constituted by connecting an electricity-feeding device 101 for feeding the electric power, to an electricity-receiving device 102 by a two-wire cable 103 having an electromagnetic coupling part 104 so that the electric power supply between the electricity-feeding device 101 and the electricity-receiving device 102, and the mutual communication may be simultaneously carried out. The automatically feeding system 1 is constituted by connecting a remaining bait sensor 6 for detecting the amount of the remaining bait in the automatically feeding system 1 for carrying out the automatic feeding, to a feeding-regulating unit 7 for regulating the amount to be fed by the automatically feeding system based on the amount of the remaining bait detected by the remaining bait sensor 6 by using the apparatus 100 for transmitting the electric power and the communication signal so that the supply of the electricity from the feeding-regulating unit 7 to the remaining bait sensor 6, and mutual communication between the feeding-regulating unit 7 and the remaining bait sensor 6 may be simultaneously carried out.
