PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide marine fishing facility having high applicability to the environment in the sea at the installation site, contributing to the purification of water quality at the vicinity of the facility, and capable of being utilized over a long period as a good fishing spot gathering many fish. SOLUTION: Plural artificial fish banks 2 are sunk and installed at the vicinity of a fishing pier 1 connected to a quay 11 by a pier 12. The artificial fish banks 2 have skeleton structures obtained by standing pillars 22 on bases 21 in concrete-block shapes, and seaweeds 23 are attached to each of the pillars 22 before sinking and installing the fish banks 2 or just after the sinking and installing thereof. The seaweeds 23 adhere to the pillars 22 within a short time, and are spread over the whole of the artificial fish bank 2 from the pillars 22. The seaweeds become to grow thickly in the vicinity thereof. Many fish gather around the artificial fish bank 2 at a short period after the installation because of the presence of the seaweeds, and the fishing is enjoyed.
