PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the suppression of number of terminal pads on a circuit board at the case of increasing the usage number of coaxial cables, at not to obstruct to the promotion of wire diameter decreasing. SOLUTION: The terminal pads Kc for connecting coaxial cables 13 are arranged on the circuit board 11 which lead wires 2 of CCD 1 are to be connected. A ground common terminal pad Kcg1 is disposed among them, and all outside conducting wires 15 of coaxial cables 13 are connected to this ground common terminal pad kcg1. By this process, the number of terminal pad which coaxial cables 13 are to be connected, can be decreased. It is possible to connect only one of outside connecting wire 15 of the coaxial cable 13 to the ground common terminal pad Kcg1, by connecting all outside conducting wires 15 on the way of wires.
