SOLUTION: A lower end face 112a of a perpendicular part 112 of a duct 11 connected to a heater body is closed and located above the foot of an occupant, and a plurality of cylindrical hot air outlets 14 are made in the lower end face 112a with spaces along the moving direction of the foot of the occupant.
