PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable packaging material laminate with gas barrier properties which normally shows outstanding sealing properties and gives no feel of strong resistance during opening the seal and also gives a good feel of opening when the seal is smoothly opened by hand as well as an easily openable packaged body using the packaging material laminate. SOLUTION: A thin coating film layer of an inorganic oxide is formed on at least one of the surfaces of a plastic film and a titanium oxide layer is formed on the surface of the thin coating film layer. In addition, a heat-sealable resin layer is formed on the surface of the titanium oxide layer as a functional feature.
