Composition according to invention contains at least one active component (irritant), organic solvent, and polymer thickener in simplified proportions, said organic solvent being at least one fluorine-containing compound with weight percentage of fluorine 30-75%. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of composition due to increased density and cinematic viscosity and possibility of utilizing any known irritants and their combinations during storage and in use within a wide temperature range. |
