PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total length of a hydraulic piping for supplying hydraulic oil to a mold clamping cylinder in an injection molding machine equipped with a vertical mold clamping machine having a mold clamping cylinder for clamping upper and lower molds provided to the upper part thereof and an injection machine for injecting a plasticized resin in the cavity formed by the molds not only to raise mold clamping pressure rapidly but also to facilitate arranging/piping work and maintenance/inspection work and to arrange the whole of the injection molding machine in a small arranging space. SOLUTION: An oil tank 71 storing all of hydraulic oil for operating a mold clamping cylinder A and an injection machine 4 and a single hydraulic device 7 having a hydraulic pump for supplying the hydraulic oil to the mold claming cylinder A and the injection machine 4 are arranged to the space part above the injection machine 4.
