PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing hardly generating rust and with no apprehension of lubricating oil leaking out with low torque, even in a severe environment. SOLUTION: The space between outer/inner rings 2, 3 is sealed by a pair of seal members 6, a space 7 in the inside is charged with a lubricant composition 8 containing resin polymer and rustproof additive agent. As the rustproof additive agent, a first additive agent containing metal sulfonate such as sodium suflonate and a second additive agent containing solbitan such as solbitan monooleate are concurrently used, to enhance a rust preventing effect. A content of the rustproof additive agent occupied in the lubricant composition is 2 to 6%. Because of a contact type sealing by the seal member 6 abutting to the inner ring 3 which is a rotary ring, infiltration of water in the space 7 can be surely prevented.
