PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin return lock, capable of being mounted to a mounting port on the conventional door side, even if the whole is miniaturized to reduce costs and to provide a grip part for the coin return lock used for a locker. SOLUTION: By inserting a coin through an insertion slot to enable locking, and for unlocking, the coin is returned from a return part, at the same time, in a coin return lock to be unlocked, a coin return lock 1 is constituted of a coin guard 11 formed by having at least guard plates 11g and 11i, locked with one end of a cam 4 rotated in the locking and unlocking directions with the lock to engage with the cam to reciprocate, opening and closing the insertion slot and return outlet and a sense cam 11b for allowing the coin inserted from the insertion slot to move to the return outlet when locking it to a guard main body 11c and a coin detection lever 10 set in the lock with the sense cam and provided to a frame body of the coin return lock, so as to allow or prevent the movement toward the locking direction of the coin guard according to the coin inserted.
