PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient moving stepping fitness implement with holes opened at five-six places in a foot base for stimulating effective spots to conditions with the movement of a gold ball and for massaging effective spot on right and left feet by using a face and a back. SOLUTION: Holes 2 are opened at five-six places around a base 1. A golf ball 3 is moved to the holes in massaging. The base 1 has a face 4 and a back 5 in the same pattern.
