摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the high-strength product and to enhance resource availableness by blending reinforcing fiber consisting of waste paper pulp wherein both conifer pulp and hardwood pulp are blended at a prescribed rate, cement and silica stone powder, etc., mixing and kneading the mixture and extruding this kneaded material. CONSTITUTION:Pulp material is obtained by performing wet opening for both waste paper obtained from conifer pulp and waste paper obtained from hardwood pulp respectively. Reinforcing fiber consisting of waste paper pulp is obtained by blending the above-mentioned pulp material so that coniferous pulp to hardwood pulp is regulated to (9-5):(1-5). Then cement slurry is obtained by blending about <=5wt.% (hereinafter wt.%) reinforcing fiber, about 45% cement, about 47% silicon stone powder and about 2% polystyrene foam bead, etc., and adding water and kneading the mixture. Thereafter the inorganic product is produced by extruding this slurry with an extruder.</p>
