SUBSTANCE: prior to separation of source material into fractions, it is stirred up with simultaneous preliminary grinding by means of respective installations. Garbage and industrial wastes are separated into light and heavy fractions in vertical flow of air in pneumatic vacuum separator with simultaneous primary treatment of light fractions and cleaning of heavy fractions. Subsequent processing of fractions is performed by two flows in parallel. Then treated fractions are combined and treated till granulated thermoplastic material is obtained. Metal is removed from fractions simultaneously with material separation in vertical air flow by means of metal removing device positioned in pneumatic vacuum separator. Heavy fractions are cleaned in liquid medium with subsequent drying. Used-up liquid is cleaned and subjected to biogeneration, and humid air is ionized with subsequent purification of water formed. Heavy fraction cleaning mechanism of separator is coupled with installations for cleaning and biogeneration of used-up liquid by forward and return pipelines. Heavy fraction drying chamber is coupled with condensate forming installation output of which is connected to forward pipeline. The invention makes it possible to enhance waste processing efficiency and to improve ecological indices due to maximum utilization of components. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 13 cl, 2 dwg |
