PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral pipe elbow of a structure with little possibility of breakage and water leakage, and technique for easily and quickly manufacturing the elbow. SOLUTION: Cut surfaces each other after a spiral wall pipe body P of a prescribed length is cut and removed into a substantial V-shape in a side surface view, leaving a partial portion (a) of a pipe peripheral direction, are bent and abutted by making a non-cut pipe wall portion (a) as a large diameter side and the abutting part (t) is joined in a watertight state by a joining material (m). In a second constitution, the abutting part (t) of the cut surfaces each other is abutted and joined in a form that a spiral waveform crest part 2 of the pipe body P and the crest part 2 and a trough part 3 and the trough part 3 are substantially opposed. |
