PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading film suitable for packaging work in a dark room, excellent in heal-sealing strength, mechanical strength and durability and suitable as a packaging material and an industrial film for photosensitive paper or a photosensitive film. SOLUTION: A shading film is constituted by integrally laminating (1) a first layer comprising an ethylenic polymer colorless or colored by a color other than a black color, (2) a second layer comprising an ethylenic polymer colored black, (3) a third adhesive layer, (4) a fourth layer comprising the ethylenic polymer colored black and (5) a fifth layer comprising an uncolored ethylenic polymer in this order.
