PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-spindle punching device that can perforate the same shape of punching holes at the same time and at the same positions on the plural perforation areas. SOLUTION: Different shapes of punches P are held at equal intervals for each of plural punch holding and/or dividing patterns 22 which are rectangular shape with more frontage than depth on the plane and placed closely in-parallel. A striking motion driving source 1 is used to strike the desired punch holding and/or dividing dies 22 and also the work is controlled to move along X-axis and Y-axis directions. Hence, the same shape of punching holes can be perforated with high density at the same time and at the same positions on the plural perforation areas.
