PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the positioning accuracy of an apparatus by reducing an overhang of a board from a cross-slide of the apparatus, without making the apparatus large in size, and allow applying to a processing apparatus and the like having a compound function of punching and shearing works. SOLUTION: The board processing apparatus 1 is provided with a board processing member 2 and a board feeding means 6 for feeding a board W to the board processing member. The board feeding means 6 comprises a carriage 12 for moving back and forth freely, a cross-slide 13 installed in the carriage for moving right and left freely, and a plurality of work-holders 23 installed in the cross-slide. While the cross-slide 13 is moving right and left, the cross-slide 13 is extended out from an end of the carriage 12 at a portion where an end side of the work-holder is installed in the cross-slide respectively. The board processing member 2 is provided with a first board processing portion 3 as a punching work and the like, and a second board processing portion 4 as a shearing work and the like.
