PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko payout device to feed steel balls by rotation of a lead screw, which can be constructed in a small size without occupying a large installation space and which can be fitted always easily even within a narrow space in the back of a pachinko machine. SOLUTION: In the ball payout device continuously feeding balls b1, b2 and so forth which are cramped by a screw thread 11 of a lead screw 7 rotatably driven by a pulse motor 5 and which move in ball-moving conduits 8a and 8b, the winding length of the screw thread of the lead screw is made as long as a lap or less. And moreover the winding length of the screw thread is determined so that when a pinball b1 in the downstream of the ball-moving conduit has lost the support of said screw thread, another ball b2 in the upper stream may be supported at least by the top edge 11a of said screw thread.
