PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release method for a vulcanized tire, which allows the vulcanized tire to be smoothly detached from a vulcanizer even in manufacturing of a high-mileage tire with sizes inclined to be closely attached to an upper die, without spraying of a mold lubricant to the upper die part of the vulcanizer or modification of the vulcanizer.SOLUTION: The mold release method for detaching the vulcanized tire with completion of a predetermined vulcanization molding from the vulcanization mold with use of a vulcanizer for a pneumatic tire having a vulcanization mold and a vulcanization bladder comprises the steps of: temporarily halting the opening operation of the vulcanizer for a pneumatic tire in midstream before completion of opening of the vulcanizer for a pneumatic tire; and applying shaping to the vulcanization bladder so that the vulcanized tire is held to be detached from the vulcanization mold. |
