PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an unevenness on the outer peripheral face of a belt without using a rubber sleeve. SOLUTION: A belt molding and vulcanizing apparatus is provided with a cylindrical mold 2 being removably provided, pieces 9 of a mold wherein an outer mold frame formed so as to surround the cylindrical mold 2 and provided with a no. of long holes with a uniform width passing through the side wall in the direction toward the axis of the cylindrical mold 2 on the peripheral direction at specified pitches and an outer mold being fitted into the long holes and being freely horizontally movably provided in the direction toward the above described axis and being formed into approximately the same thickness as the width of the long hole so as to avoid to generate a gap between the side face of the long hole and being brought into contact with the outer peripheral face of a belt precursor 3 and covering this and on the inner peripheral face of which projections are provided at specified pitches in the peripheral direction by being projected from the inner peripheral face of the outer mold frame, are formed with the outer mold frame, a heating means for heating the outer mold frame and the pieces 9 of the mold, a forwarding mechanism for forwarding the pieces 9 of the mold in the direction toward the above described direction and a retreating mechanism for retrating the pieces 9 of the mold. |
