PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an energy loss at high speed cruising without impairing gradeability, in a hybrid driving device conducting power circulation for obtaining a specified rotational frequency and torque at high speed cruising. SOLUTION: A first power transmitting device 20 transmitting power from an engine 12 to a counter shaft 30 through a power dividing system 16, and a second power transmitting device 22 transmitting power from a second motor generator 18 to the counter shaft 30 are separately provided. By suitably setting the transmission ratio of the first and second transmitting devices 20, 30, an energy loss at high speed cruising is reduced without impairing gradeability. |
